Constellation
Constellation is a mind mapping tool designed to find links between ideas and challenge thinking. You create nodes for all the thoughts you’re having around a subject, ask the app to find constellations, then invite the ai sparring partner to either take a reflective, empathetic stance or a challenging, socratic questioning view on what’s coming up across the map.
Ruminator
Ruminator is for when your brain won't let something go.
Most tools for overthinking ask you to think more. Ruminator doesn't. Input what you're stuck on, get a reframe, a grounding question, and something to do right now - then close the app.
Trained on stoic philosophy and the Four Agreements. For people who are done being soft with themselves.
Worst Case & Does This Matter
Companion apps to Ruminator.
Does This Matter? is for the thoughts that don't spiral, they just stick. Type in whatever you're giving too much energy to. Does This Matter? shows you how it looks across time - a day, a week, a month, a year - and gives you back your proportion.
Worst Case is for when fear has taken over the controls. You name the fear, answer three short questions, and get the full picture back - the actual worst case, how likely it really is, and proof that you'd survive it.
Recovery Fitness Flow
